Lil Wayne has confirmed that he is HIV/AIDS Positive after some test were carried out on him. The United States of America based Hip Hop Rapper and fans favourite, Lil Wayne, shared this information on his official twitter handle that he tested positive for HIV/
AIDS..

It was an unbelieveable statement and shock to many, especially his fans all over the globe when they heard this. But Lil Wayne later announced that he has accepted the outcome and that he is
ready to live with it and that he is not going to spread it to others but rather keep it to himself until his time come.
Now, the question is; where did he get it from? According to
rumours that he was going out with Nicki Minaj, if this were true, then could Nicki also be positive and be hiding it since she has not announced it officially?

EBOLA (Messenger of what?)

Doctor Ribner, the leader of the team of professionals in medicine that took care of the two americans Kent Brantly and Nancy Writebol who were declared Ebola free and released after undergoing treatment for the virus they were affected with while working in West Africa.
Which brings about the validity of this report.

Dr. Ribner gave the account that the Ebola survivors are totally immuned against the deadly virus by building antibodies which helps fight the sophisticated virus.

This is what the medical doctor has to say; "In general, the finding is it’s basically
like being immunised-it would be unusual to get
infection with the same strain. We are still evaluating
that in our two patients”.

The medical doctor made it known to all that his assertions are quite exact and that there are two outpatients on evaluation to help buttress his point.

He (Dr. Ribner) said “They have
agreed to undergo additional testing so we can
better understand immunity to Ebola virus. We are
meeting with them periodically”.
“What we found in general is that among our Ebola
patients, because of the amount of fluid they lost
through diarrhoea and vomiting, they had a lot of
electrolyte abnormalities. And so replacing that with
standard fluids without monitoring will not do a very
good job of replacing things like sodium and
potassium. In both of our patients we found those
levels to be very low.
“One of the messages we will be sending back to our
colleagues is even if you don’t have the equipment to
measure these levels, do be aware this is occurring
when patients are having a lot of body fluid loss.”
Immunity: “We are still evaluating that in our two
patients. Cross-protection is not quite as robust.
There are five strains of Ebola viruses. Even though
that data is not great, the feeling is there is potential
for being infected if you go to a different part of
Africa and get exposed to a different strain.
“We are going to be following those two patients as
outpatients, and as part of our evaluation they have
agreed to undergo additional testing so we can
better understand immunity to Ebola virus. We are
meeting with them periodically”, Ribner explained.

Bringing to remembrance that America’s
Ebola vaccine, Zmapp, has been claimed to have cured lab monkeys that have
been infected with the Ebola virus disease.

Indian Woman versus Leopard

This is a true life story of an indian woman who faced death in the aspect of a leopard. Did she survive? Read on

The woman known as Kamla Devi at the age of 56 was fetching water from Uttarakhand state when suddenly a leopard appeared from a nearby bush and pounced on her. All she had with her was a sickle and spade (due to the fact that she was going to her farm) with which she fought the leopard.

The woman (Devi) was carrying water she fetched from a canal to a field of hers near a village known as Sem Nauti in Rudraprayag district when she was attacked on Sunday.

She claimed to have been able to smash some of the leopards teeth after the life battle.

This is what Devi has to say after the battle "I thought I was dead but I did not lose patience and courage.”

“I fought head on with it for almost half an hour. Then I came to know it was dead,” she told reporters after the life battle from where she was hospitalised in the nearby town of Srinagar Garhwal.

The doctors were quite actually very surprised at her survival and had this to say,

"She has two fractures on the right hand and one on the left. She also has deep injuries on her head and legs. There are bite marks all over her body,” said Dr Abdul Rahul, who has been treating her.

"All this happened in a thirty minutes duration. Its a 30minutes battles of life and death. One must occur but it depends on who gets what. Devi got life and the leopard got death."

Her condition is stabilising now.

5 sleep mistakes you may have made last night

You’ve run yourself down and desperately need a night of quality Zzzs. But when you hit the pillow, your mind is racing, you’re tossing and turning, and you wake up feeling sluggish all over again.
We may not like to admit it, but having trouble sleeping may be a result of what we do – or don’t do – during the day and before bed.
Dr. Carol Ash, the director for Sleep Medicine at Meridian Health, reveals the top five sleep mistakes and how you can fix them, so you wake up feeling rested, revitalized and ready for the day.

1. Eating too much protein before bed
Avoid eating calorie-dense food, especially protein, right before bed. Protein takes longer to digest, making your body work hard while you’re trying to sleep. “I recommend that people have dinner for breakfast,” says Dr. Ash. A larger meal in the morning will you give you the energy you need for the day and allow your body to focus on sleeping at night.

2. Taking a hot shower before bed
Your body’s core temperature should drop around bedtime to signal it’s time to sleep. If you take a hot shower right before bed, you’re silencing that signal. Don’t want to give up that steamy shower? Take it at least 1.5 to 2 hours before sleeping.

3. Bad posture during the day
Improved posture sets the stage for good sleep. Stand up straight during the day, and sleep on your back to minimize muscle aches and pains. Use a foam roller five minutes before bed. Place it between your shoulder blades and lie on it to stretch your back muscles. This will increase flexibility and reinforce a better posture.

4. Thinking exercise interferes with sleep
The National Sleep Foundation 2013 poll showed exercise any time of day will improve the quality of your sleep.

5. Tossing and turning thinking at least I am getting sleep
This only increases anxiety, making it even harder to fall asleep. Get out of bed and only return when you’re tired. This stops the brain from associating the bedroom with worry.

A chance to meet Brad Pitt for $10

Groupon's hottest deal ever: A chance to meet Brad Pitt for $10

    April 18, 2014 at 9:11 AM ET

Great dining and activity deals are expected from Groupon, but a chance to meet an A-list actor? Now that's an option too. Brad Pitt has teamed with the deal-of-the-day site to raise money for his Make It Right organization.

For a mere $10, fans and philanthropists can enter for a chance to win the opportunity to meet the "World War Z" star. The prize includes two VIP tickets to the Make It Right Gala (held May 17 in New Orleans), the chance for a group meet-and-greet with Pitt, airfare and hotel for two, transportation to and a private tour of the Ninth Ward site, and the option to volunteer for a day at the site.

Bruno Mars and Kings of Leon will be performing at the gala.

Make It Right was founded by the actor in 2007 to build safe, green homes and buildings for communities in need. He launched the group after visiting New Orleans two years after Hurricane Katrina hit, when he saw how little had been done to rebuild the hardest hit area of the city, the Lower Ninth Ward.

For those with bigger savings accounts and who want a guaranteed opportunity to meet Pitt, Groupon is offering the "epic deal." A $25,000 donation gets the buyer everything in the contest, plus airfare upgraded to first class and a hotel suite. Only nine epic deals are available. According to the website, $22,500 of each epic deal will go to Make It Right.

Pitt is the latest A-list actor to offer fans a chance to meet him to benefit charity. George Clooney, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon all recently offered themselves up for dates in order to raise money for the organizations closest to their hearts.
